Personality: Generally quite due to a stutter, but tends to talk in riddles. He is high strung and edgy. Protective and kind to his friends, but despite his age is still a very dangerous man. He attacks only when threatened, but to a man who has been locked inside a cell for more than half his life, that doesn't take much.

History:
Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, December 19th, 1932. After serving as a fire tank sergeant for the United States Marines Corps during the Korean War, Will returned home in 1954 to find his family life a shambles. His parents had divorced and moved to opposite sides of the country. He decided to stay with stay with his mother, Francis Corey, who lived just outside Tucson, Arizona. While in Arizona, Will met and fell in love with a girl named Lana. The two were set to be married in the spring of 1955, when Will discovered that she had been having an affair with another man. In his rage he murdered both Lana and her lover, shooting them each four times. He was given back-to-back life sentences without the possibility of parole. While serving his time at the Arizona State Prison, Will killed four other inmates by 1963, thus causing the warden to transfer him to solitary confinement. The only time he was allowed out of his cell was for weekly exercise.

In 1986 a small riot broke out in the prison while Will was in the hospital with pneumonia. Inmates had attempted to take the prison hospital, but William held them back after they threatened a female guard. He protected her and ended up being stabbed by a fellow inmate. Will later befriended the prison psychologist, Sister Monica Del Los Rios and it was she who released him after she noticed that he wasn't affected by the flu. It had been rumored throughout the prison staff that the sister was in love with Corey. She died a few days after the two of them had fled Arizona to New Mexico.
