History:
I was
trying to survive when I was caught stealing bread
from a black plague infested house in France. I was
hit on the head and killed. Rebecca Horne took me in
and was my first teacher. I learned a lot from her
during the three years I was there. Unfortunately I
never did get the knack of that honesty thing: I
forget that part?
During the 1200's I came across a young boy, Kenny,
who had recently become immortal. Kenny was the son I
could never have and he grew to play the Game with
skill and cunning.
On September 11, 1635, during one of my visits with
Rebecca, I met up with a young Highland lad named
Duncan MacLeod. We've been lovers, partners and
friends since. Through him I learned about Watchers
and met Joe Dawson, Richie Ryan and Adam Pierson.
Around 1789, during the French Revolution I was
sentenced to the guillotine, but was saved by Talia
Bauer. That was the closest I have come to losing my
head.
In the 1800's I was a passenger on the Maria Rose
which sank with all hands. That incident proved
beneficial later on in my life as I had a ticket on
the Titanic, but changed my mind at the last minute.
During this time I also met a soldier in the British
army who later went on to become a priest, Father Liam
Riley.
The only time I married was in 1868 to Derrick
Markham. The less said about that the better.
During WWI I caused the death of John Ray and his
battalion when the pouch of jewels I had obtained also
contained their orders to retreat.
During WWII I obtained printing plates from a German
contact and had to fly out of Berlin quickly.
I was in New York City when the plague hit. Mankind
will survive. I know, I've lived through one plague
already and humanity will bounced back from this one
too. However, now the number of immortals on the move
is greater. I have taken up temporary residence in
Tiffany's. I have had my eye on several items in some
of the museums her that I definitely think need to be
in the hands of someone who appreciates them.
